Hot engine, leaking collant, and low oil pressure

Well, after 196K, my engine's finally feeling a bit rough. The oil pressure is REALLY low (<40 at peak), it heats up from time to time, but not to boiling, and it's leaking coolant from the front-top of the block. I'm thinking that I blew a head gasket or an intake manifold gasket. Any one have any tests or anything that I can conduct to see what the trouble is? Thanks in adavance!
