Gas on spark plug

Just changed my spark plugs and they all looked ok except for one. It looked wet and the white part had a tan stain. And it smelled like gas. Does this sound like a leaky injector? Seems to run fine.

might be bad injector ,might be a dead hole for one reason or another.

Might just be that that one was the next one to fire when the engine was turned off.
