forged vs hyper.
What what would be the advantage of forged pistons, what is hte advantage of hyper pistons, what are the downfalls of each?
what scenario would an engine have to have forged pistons?

the way i differentiate between the two is that forged will take alot more abuse. the hypers can only withstand a little excessive heat/hotter spark as well as nitrous and forged can basically handle everything.
if you have a power adder you need forged. hypers are lighter than most common forged and have higher tensel strength but are also more brittle. hypers usually if not always require larger end gaps in the rings, so you'll be file fitting the rings with hypers. hypers tend to be cheaper.

I am completely redoing the engine here, and i got all the top half picked out, now i am just deciding on the bottom half.... I am going with a holley stealth ram intake, pro lightning heads 200cc 64cc, and a comp cams cam with 224/224 durat .525/.525 lift 110 lobe sep
do you all think i should go with forged, or hypers?
if i do get any power adder ever, it will only be a100 shot of NOS, maybe 150
