Ignition cutoff Switch

A theft Detterent device, the ignition cutoff switch can disconnect the battery, making ignition impossible.

has anyone ever heard of this, or used it?

moroso sells one and others. the type used for drag racers who move the battery to the trunk could be used for a theft detterent. i shut my switch off , most people wouldn't think to check it.
