ZZ4 heads
I just had a question about these heads. If I was to put them on my '87 IROC engine, do I have to change my manifold or anything else like that or would they be a simple bolt on.

They have the pre-86 intake bolt pattern, and they lack the exhaust passages for EGR, which will cause an instant Check Engine light in your application if your car has TPI.
Other than that, they will bolt right on.

"Check engine light"?
The system isn't really feedback with regard to EGR flow. It might tend ping a little more with EGR-like advance tables, and therefore knock retart, but that won't of itself set a code.
