Rockers
How do I adjust new rockers ??
I've search and people are writing
"screw the rocker in while to turn the pushrod , when you can't turn the pushrod easily your done"
also
"screw the rocker in until it sit tight on the rods then start the car, and unscrew until your ear the slapping and recrew it 3/4 turn.
What's the easiest way to do it ???

Both. Either.
Do it the first way while the engine is on a stand; do it the second way, if necessary, after it's in the car and running.
You might be interested to know, new car engines are done using method #1 only. They don't disassemble motors in assembly plants and spew hot oil all over the place. They use method #1 in the engine plant, then ship them to the car assembly plant, ready to crank up and drive off.
