Special push rods?

I'll be using a LPE 74211 cam with .530 and .560 lift w/pro mag 1.6 rockers.
Spring pressure is 120# closed and 375# open.

I know I'll have to use an adjustable pushrod to determine correct length, but will the above mentioned spring pressure require a special type of high perf push-rod? If so, what type/brand do you guys recommend?

You'll almost certainly end up with a non-stock push rod, probably .050" or .100" longer than stock. Get the Comp ones that come in .050" increments, they're the good ones. They're the ones with part numbers that start with 79.
