i have a ? about my knock sensor my car is not as fast as it should be im running 15.3 in the 1/4 with a L98 with the following mods.i have a niose coming from the engine its not loud really unless you get on it hard to explain i think its a wrist pin or maybe the fly wheel but is it possible im loosing power because the knock sensor hears this noise and retards the timing it kinda sounds like im getting a spark noise sometimes so my ? is can i diconnect the knock sensor ? will i have any problems besides a possible knock? is it located near the driver side exhaust intake?
