low spark in a new motor?

I have a 91 Pontiac Trans Am. With a blueprinted and balanced tpi 350 with 6000 miles on it. L98 heads and tpi specialties l98 super profile cam. I had superchips burn a custom chip and i have delco computer. Brand new battery, brand new msd coil, 8.8 ignition wires and new bosch platiunum +2 plugs, new accel ignition moduale, new starter,
The car would not start or start very hard after turning the key for about five minutes and feathering the gas. it was determined that the spark was low. After all theis new stuff (was put in to try and figure out why it wasnt starting in cold weather). Car was also running rich.
I know now that it was defintaly low spark because I put an msd 6al on it and now it starts perfectly. What would cause low spark. I dont want to rely on the msd to fix the problem.

Probably the module.

Try a stock one and see if it fixes it.
