Still a red X. I see what you're doing wrong though. I looked at the HTML code for this page, and you're trying to post this as a picture:

img src="http://03070018.JPG " border="0" alt=""

theres no url there, only the filename. If you know how to resize a picture, resize it until its less than 100KB, then when you post something, click the browse button below where you type your message, then simply pick the image you resized. If you get an error message saying 'the picture you tried to attach is too big', then you'll have to make the picture smaller until the file is under 100K and try and attach it again.

EDIT: Hehe, you figured it out while I was typing :P
