Coolant sensor part number or name

I seemed to have lost my sensor for my engine.

Its the one between the #1 and #3 cylinder on the driver side cylinder head.

A part number or what its for would help alot.

Its the coolant sensor for sure. As for the part #, I have no idea. Just go to your local auto parts store and ask for a coolant sensor, they'll know watcha mean.

Well I forgot something... it's not the coolant used by the PCM to calculate stuff. The sensor between 1st and 3rd plugs is a temperature sender for your gauge.

And be sure to tell them if you have an idiot light, or a temp gage. If you get the one for the idiot light and you have a gage, the gage won't register. There should also be two types for each. One sesnor has a blade on the end, and the other has a ball type. Get the one that matches the plug on your wire. A good parts man should ask you those questions. Mine always does.
