Try M&M Automotive on the East side. They specialize in building high performance engines for local racers. Thats who I used to build my 383.

steve schmit is in indy i believe, but i bet he's better than you want. there's a boat load of shops along crawfordsville rd. could always try the yellow pages and see what you come up with.
