new knock?

all of a sudden im getting this high pitched knock during mid range power. three tanks of good gas later now. im worried. what could this be?

your input is much appreciated. thanks

See if it goes away under acceleration, and comes back when letting off the gas. Is there any noise at idle?

it goes away during accelleration, then comes back. but at idle its perfectly fine...

Sounds like it might be spark knock. Check the timing, try some top end cleaner, make sure everything is tuned up good.
