i am new a theese sensors although i a have been reading everything i can get my hands on i cant see any reference to my next question there is a sensor located paasenger side fire wall looks alot like a MAP sensor but that is on the drivers side fire wall can anyone tell what sensor is thanks:hail:

Not all cars had one... you may have a California car, but their books show a Federal car, or some one of that type of things.
It's actually the same sensor as a MAP sensor though, it's just hooked up (unhooked up?) to measure atmospheric pressure instead of the pressure in the manifold.

ACTUALLY, theyr'e not the same sensor. the recepticle for the wiring plug has a different "KEY" position ffrom the other. if you look into the hole you can see the plastic "KEY".
I know from experiance that you cannot interchange the two sensors due to the "KEY" configuration.
