The car runs great. Its a 1984 Z28. The guy I bought from 2 years ago put in a 350 from a 75 camaro in it with only 60k miles. That summer I replaced the transmission with a T5 with about 50k miles. It runs a 15.1@93mph in the 1/4 mile. New weatherstripping.

Things that are damaged or need to be replaced:

Passenger door (included with sale)
Front bumper worn (new 92 style bumper included with sale)
Front Spoiler missing (included with sale)
Windsheild has a single crack, from top to bottom
No headliner

I was thinking of selling it for $2000 but I don't know if that would be too steep. PS - I'm sorry for posting this in this forum, but there isn't a forum for non-specific chat. Or is there?

Try checking the kelly blue book value. It is kbb.com. That might be more accurate than asking people for ballpark guesses here.

Well, Tek maybe you are rating the condition of your car too good. Try lowering the condition and see whats up.

I don't plan on selling parts other than the bumpers & passenger door I bought as replacements. But only if the buyer doesn't want them. I can't sell the car yet, but probably within the next 3-4 months.

Car: NONE! and it SUCKS!
you won't get more then 1000 dollars for it, from a smart buyer.

If you have the skill, I would dismantle the Car and parts her out. You could make 5-6 times as much money that way.

My dad would kill me if I did that. He throws a fit when I change my oil on the driveway, even with cardboard under my car. Since the body is the degrading part of the car. I can have a friend give me a paintjob for $500 + the cost of 85-92 Turn signals & grill, and a passenger mirror. He does a really good job. That would help me get more for the car, but I could probably only make a $250-500 profit from it. I'll have to think about it.
