increased voltage

if i go from a stock 38,000v? to a 50,000 volt coil what changes will i see if any? will i be able to run a larger gaps?

most likely you'll not see any preformance gains, you can run larger plug gap. 283 is pretty weenie engine, i'd be looking for something with more preformance, or preformance potential before i sunk much money in it.
