Anyone know where to get a new top for a 92 TA? I checked out top down solutions but did'nt see anything about the actual top material itself. I just bought the car yesterday for $1000, real clean interior, no rust, does'nt appear to have been on a frame machine, needs driver side door skin. I'm stoked

talk to a local shop, see if they can order you one, maybe with a little extra in it for them if they're not putting it in. i got a real nice one last year, but w/ labor it ended up around $620. high quality canvas, but the front makes a little too much of a lip (i expect it to flatten a little with age/use though). i think the top itself was about $300.

just be careful, the '92's are different than the other ones, like the 89's, which are different from the 87's, etc... it took a half hour of measuring and comparing parts books (which only ever had like half the necessary measurements) to get the proper one.
