Car: 82 Berlinetta/57 Bel Air
Engine: LS1/LQ4
Transmission: 4L60E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
Quick answer: Yes.
Slower answer: Unless someone has changed it out for non-computer controlled. That happened a lot back in the '80s, because people hadn't figure out how to work on them. But, emissions testing laws turned that around, because a non-computer controlled carb isn't emissions legal.
To check yours, remove the air cleaner. The top front passenger corner and front driver's corner of the carb will have an electrical connector each if computer, and the distributor will not have a vacuum advance canister on it but will have electrical connectors going to the distributor cap as well as a separate 4-wire connector going to the vehicle wiring harness.
If someone converted it to non-computer control, the carb will not have the connectors mentioned above (will have a wire going to the choke thermostat and idle solenoid, but computer controlled have those as well), and the distributor will have a vacuum advance can and only the connector going to the distributor cap.
