engine off center?

this is kinda a dumb question but i look at the centerline of the front of the car where the camaro badge is and i notice that the engine is 3-5inches offcenter twards the passenger side, is this normal or is that why i cant get any headers to fit in my car.

i'd suspect the body panels before i would the engine or sub frame

There is 5/8" of right offset in ThirdGen 'K' member engine mounts - not 3-5" If it's off by that much, you've got some issues - or a custom frame.
