Where can i buy LCA's?

Well i have been needing new lower control arms for about a month now, and i am going to finally buy them. Can anyone tell me what brand is good, and where i can get them for the BEST price. I am only 16, and hardly make any money, so i need to find good ones for a cheap price.

The Lakewoods are a good deal for a street car. They're around $80. Check Jeg's, Summot, PAW, etc.; but by the time you pay for shipping, your local speed shop may beat the total cost.

I got my Lakewood LCA's about a week and a half ago from Jegs. The total cost with shipping came out to $89 and change. The install went pretty easy.

For the handsdown cheapest way, you could get the <a href="http://www.chassisengineering.com/">"Chassis Engineering"</a> gusset kit. It joins the two sides of the control arm with a 3/16" steel gusset(welding required). It will definitely be more rigid than the stock, though maybe not as much as a full boxed/tubed, control arm. Then again, at $19.95 for the kit, who's complaining?

Installed Lakewood control arms Fri.Be careful installing grease fittings in control arms.Make sure grease goes in fitting BEFORE installing control arms on car or you could have same fate as I did and end up removing them to fix fittings. They give you extra grease fittings.

does anybody know of a site that shows how to replace them? Is it even very difficult?

It is beyond easy to replace them, except for if you have to deal with rusty parts. Get up under there and look, you'll see what I mean, 4 bolts and you're done.
