Overheating
Overheating
Hello,
I have done some searches here to help diagnose my problem, but would appreciate anyones input. I have an '88 GTA 305. Lately, it has been SEVERELY overheating. It goes to 260 degrees and overflows coolant, boiling over violently.
I have replaced the thermostat and checked the hoses, and my air dam is intact. The fan is coming on. Also, when I turn on the heat, I can smell exhaust fumes coming out of the vents(this was happening before it was overheating though).
Any idea what this could be?
Thanks.
