carb to Holley projection 2BBL TBI, anyone done it?

I'm looking at the Holley 502-20s, says it's a complete system to upgrade non-computer engines to TBI.
Has anyone installed one of these, how hard was it and does it really come complete?
I'll take any answers I can get
thanks
scott

It isn't that hard of a thing to do. It just depends on how skilled you are, most house wives would declare it impossible. A good mechanic wouldn't think too much of it. You may want to think about your choice though. The Holley Projection systems don't offer much in the way of a benefit over a carb, and the 2bbl version of their TBI may actually be a little worse. When you pay for it it sure won't feel worse. Unless there is some real cost break for you stick with a carb or port injection. Port injection does have some benefit over a carb, but still when both are well tuned the differences are small.

¿That would be an upgrade?

E-mail Pablo or shanebuss and get their opinions before you lay out your hard-earned legal tender. Like Dr Pepper says, the 2-barrel Holley flows less than a carb, and therefore will slow you down. IMHO it's a step backwards.

What is your goal? That is, what are you wishing to accomplish by doing that swap? Maybe there's a better alternative.
