Unless your talking about a 3800 Series II V6, or a 3100/3400 engine, there is NO torque spec for the roller rockers. There is, however, a lash procedure for tightening them that you will need to follow.

BTW, setting lash on a SBC has been covered numerous times in the past, a search might be a good idea. Always is when the procedure takes longer to describe then it does to complete.

spin the pushrod with your finger, tighten the rocker down until the pushrod doesn't spin easily anymore, then 1/2 turn more for each rocker.

Also, make sure the valve is closed on the rocker you're adjusting or you'll have to do it again. Easiest(for me at least) to do each cylinder's rockers at TDC just to be sure the valves are closed.
