What heads? What engine?
"Spring caps"? If by that you mean retainers and keepers, yes, you need those (you should be able to re-use keepers, if they are made for the same angle as the retainers and aren't damaged).
Also need front cover gasket and water pump mount gaskets.
Until we know what engine you're talking about, hard to know if you'll need anything else.

Those springs may be about 0.080" too large to fit your heads. They fit some stock spring seats, and they don't fit others. Don't be completely surprized if you have a snug fit.
Another item to check will be the rocker studs and nuts for wear and locking ability. You don't want the rocker nuts backing off over the slightly stiffer springs and more aggressive cam ramps. Take a close look at the rockers for wear, and watch the slot and spring clearance when you reinstall them.
The ZZ4 cam profile isn't so radical that you'll necessarily need to change push rods, but you should check the clearances and geometry just to be sure.
Of course, you should install a new timing chain and sprockets. Might want to take a close look at the lifter bodies and rollers for wear.
While the water pump is off, you might as well scrutinize the bearing and seal, just so you don't have problems with it later.
Also, you'll need the gasket set, coolant, oil, oil filter, RTV gasket sealant, antiseize compound, thread sealer, and other normal shop supplies.
