Code 41 cause?

I am getting a code 41. Car is 86 SC LG4: xe262 cam, ported heads, everything else stock.

The only thing that I can think of that isn't right on my car is the oxygen sensor isn't there, i have to get a bung welded into the headers first. Could that be causing it? There's also a lot of smoke coming from the engine bay(looks like it's coming off the headers) and interior(if the heat is on) and it's leaking oil from the timing cover.

Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, it was my fault. I unplugged EST to set the base timing and forgot to plug it back in.
