T-top leaking

okay i got an 88 trans am with T-tops, i have had a lot of trouble with leaks around the back of the T-top over near the door. I have tried to seal it, but it doesnt work. Do i need new seals or is there something else wrong with it? ANY help would be appreciated.

I have an '83 that does the same thing. The only way to really fix the problem, is to replace the seals !!!
