Rough idle--cleaning recirculation tubes

My car runs at a rough idle and almost stalls when first starting it up and when first accelerating. I've narrowed the problem down to clogged up recirculation tubing. How do I go about cleaning the tubes out or what else could be the problem. I already replaced the EGR valve and it recently had a tune up?

Thanks a bunch

Could you describe the recirculation tubing? Not sure what you're referring to...

I would say to clean out the IAC passageway, and the IAC motor's pintle..

I mean the recirculation tubing to the canister. How often do the IAC valves go bad?
