Currently my car has the motor in with an MSD Pro billet distributor (no vacuum advance), the Carb and starter installed. I need to get the electrical system intact enough to get to a shop to let them sort out all the other wires I have under the hood.
Basically, as it stands now, nothing is connected. Does anyone have the appropriate wiring diagram or could explain what needs to be connected to what so that I can get the motor going. Just need to be able to connect the coil, distributor, starter, the ignition key, battery and alternator.

i believe you need a 6al or similar msd ignition box to use the distributor you have. try MSDs web site for wireing diagram.
