fuel pump

why does autozone show a tpi fuel pump as part number ep375 when everywhere else shows it to be ep241? what is the difference? i am getting an acdelco pump for tpi. i sure dont want to get the wrong pump!!!

I've seen ep241 before. ep240 is my pump ('86 2.8 MPFI v6). If everyone else says ep241, that might be the winner. Hey, when in doubt, buy it from your local dealer... or maybe he'll be nice enough to give you a part #. You could always do that the other way.... call for a price on an ep241 pump... I'm sure he'll ask you for year/make/model... if his # doesn't match yours, you'll know what's up.
