belt question
if u have 1 big serpentine belt, the grooves contact the pulley....if you have the older multi- V-belt setup, the v seats into the pulley

Which belt??
Serpentine or V-belt??
Its pretty self explanitory, if it looks right its probably right.
If the belt is sqeaking and its tight then it needs to be replaced.
That spray does more damage than good.( I've accually seen where the spray sat all night and STUCK the belt to the pulley and it ripped the belt apart on next start-up.)

its multi belt.(lg4). i dont recall exactly. but its the one on the right (standing at front of car) on the bottom and the grooves are up. (not touching pulley). ill try turning it around. any reason someone would put a belt on backwards?
