Wheels and Tires question

in the 1991 Camaros, the RS's had 235/55/16's and the Z28's had 245/50/16's, The aspect ratio lowered by 5. I feel really stupid asking this question, but can you put 50 aspect ratio tires on the RS rims?

I have 245/50-16 Dunlop 5000S' on my car now and no problem. My Trans Am is running 255/50-16 Falkens in the front and 255/50-16 kumho's in the back. Slight rubbing up front if I turn lock to lock. No other problems.

With the correct dish offset on the front wheels, there should be no interference (rubbing). Factory 16x8 wheels had a different front offset to eliminate this phenonmenon.
