Which temperature sensor do I need to hook up a stock temp guage?

Where is it located?

I believe it is located near the manifold on the drivers side of the block. If you do not have one there will be a bolt in the block where it should be. Get one at autozone. Also this gauge can be put anywhere that there is antifreeze (also in intake manifold). The best spot is near the manifold because you can not really see it.

  • It belongs in the driver's side head, between the #1 & #3 spark plugs. Put it there. That way the wire will reach.
