Wiring for windshield wiper motor?

Where does the wiring go on an '86 Camaro for the windshield wiper motor? I'm not getting any power to it. The is a half-melted harness near the passenger side firewall, I'm wondering if it goes through there. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need to get this fixed.

Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
The wires run straight from the junction block near the brake booster to the motor itself.
