Hi, every time I go to drive my car, it get's real hot in my car. The heat is coming from those 2 vents that attach to the radio pod behind it. I took it off and felt the two sources of heat coming from each side of the radio pod. Please help me. And I don't have an AIRDAM on my car. But that wouldn't cause this, would it?

No the lack of an airdam won't cause that, but it will cause the engine to run much hotter than it should on the highway.

Sounds like your heat control door, that's attached to the "temp" slider in your A/C control head, isn't closing completely.

It doesn't matter if you have everything switched to the off position and the all the fuses are pulled. The problem is not the switch, its inside the heater box. There is a flap that allows hot air to come into the cabin, that seems to be stuck open. I have the same problem, but I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. You might try to manually move it, but i have a feeling you will most likely have to take the whole box apart.... or learn to live with the heat!
Good Luck

I haven't looked at mine yet, but they are usually right behind the dash on the passengers side. You might be able to get to it by looking under the dash on the PS floor. Good luck.

you're looking for the heater core box, the blend doors are inside
the box off to the left from the heater core.

just a few warning words: it's a BITCH to get to. you have to
pull the cover to the heater core off to get to the blend doors
from there, I dunno what could be wrong. I have the same
problem.
