The "fan by-pass" - point me in right direction

Hi guys,
Could someone point me in the right direction for where to find the "how-to" for making the fans go continously...?

Thanks a lot!!

Someone on this board before told me a little trick about having the Fan on my 88 TBI on all the time. Instead of buying a Fan Switch or something else, unplug your Air Conditioner. Then have it set to your NORMAL setting in the car, it acts like a vent air now and makes the fan run as well!
