Sounds like you have a bent or loose pulley. Which one is wobbling? The water pump could be bad.
If you need a pulley I could sell you mine, and probably throw in the motor too! I'll be pulling it in a couple weeks.

Good thing 2.8 water pumps are cheap! Mine ran me about $16.
