Hey, nice to see the page back!! i felt lonely with out it.. anyways, when i accelerate normally it seems fine, when i put it to the floor it seems fine, but around 3/4 throttle it hesitates... the plugs and wires are about 6 months old. the car also seems to loose power in the upper RMP range.. low end power is icredible, but it lays down when it gets up there. i don't remember it like this when i first got it a year ago..

Often overlooked things are a partially plugged fuel filter or a vacuum leak. I would look at the condition of the cap and rotor, and check the timing.

 

[need more info on your setup. is it carb or FI? how much total timing are you running?

I think it's the fuel filter... my car did exactly that and my fuel filter was clogged. In 10 mins your car will be running fine again

Right on.. thanx a lot.. i even have a fuel filter i bought a while ago that i never got around to puttin in..

i'll let ya all know when the next thing falls apart on it..
