Tell me what you think about my build up!
400 SB stroked (426). 9.1 forged pistons, vortech supercharger with 10lbs boost, SLP 224/230 high power cam, 3000 stall, shift kit, 4.10 rear end, trick flow twisted wedge heads, slp headers, flowmaster cat back, no cats, port match runners/plenum, 58mm BBK TB, 200 shot NOS, forged crank, MSD 6AL, retard box.
That is my dream build up for my Z28. I will start as soon as I can (when the money flow starts back).
I see high to mid 10's when I am done!
What ya think?

More cam, thats too mild compared to the rest of it. Go with something with at LEAST 10 more degrees of duration...and make sure the LS on it is pretty wide for the blower

"American made baby. 100% American iron. The muscle among the masses. My hero. Yep, you can take your ergonomically designed, space age, computer controlled, 4 door, cup holding map lighted split double wishbone split fold down retractable cargo covered moon roof piece of transportation and keep it. For I have felt the thunder. And I know the difference!"

Dream big, ditch the LTR setup and go for a Mini-ram or a super. Next get some AFR heads and make sure you get 1-3/4" SLP headers. 4.10s may be a little steep with the SC. Then get a PI vigilante 2800 stall. DFI would be next unless you think you can burn your own chips. You'll need lots of fuel so buy a 255 lph pump and an in-line. You'll need to strengthen the chassis first.

So dump the trick flow heads, and only a 2800 stall, and maybe 3.73 gears insted of 4.10? Also, I will stay with TPI set up for now at least. I need to also through in SFC and new drag shocks and a panhard arm. Over all it looks good.
I was thinkin bout TPIs 350 4 bolt roller block bored .30 over with the steel strapped mains and bushed lifter bores, a Forged 383 kit from speedomotive with all the upgrades (pistons would be the supercharger ones), TPIs ZZ-9x cam, good set of lifters, TPIs air flow research heads, Sharp roller rockers 1.6x1.5, hardened pushrods, guideplates, Pete Jackson gear drive, TPIs big mouth manifold, SLP big tube runners, port the plenum, Holley 58mm TB, Holley 24# injectors, TPIs inline fuel pump, Paxton NOVI supercharger, Weiand electric water pump and a blue bottle. I'm runnin a T56 right now with McLeod's best clutch. Who the heck could I get to burn my chip?
Nice eh?
