do our cars have a starter relay or not?
86 lg4 iroc.I see some people say there is one behind the kick panel and others say no,which is it?

well I checked and there is some sort of relay behind there.Is this for the starter?

it's a starter enable relay... and it is behind the driver's kick panel.
