Harmonic Balancer
I have a chopped up harmonic balancer. Would this create boggs of the line? Could The harmonic balancer create my timing to skip around? Thanx for any help

what do you mean chopped up?

If you mean the elastic has slipped, then your answers are NO

But it would be a pain to try and time the engine.
