I really need help on this one, 91 firebird ta, TBI, developes spark knock at running tempurature, is this a timing problem or something more complicated???

It could be bad gas try using higher octane gas and some octane booster or gas dry stuff and see if that helps you any

 

i am going to try that today, i am also going to ram a new ignition system down her throat, do the timing, clean the TBI unit, change the oil, change the tranny fluid, and a list of other crap 3 miles long, i just want to make sure that i kill the problem today.
