Exhaust is all installed. Now I get code 32, anyone have an idea of what the problem could be. The "check engine" will come on when driving the on highway, it hasnt come on while inner city driving. Thanks in advance.

that is your egr code , what happened is after your exhuast upgrade, your exhuast now flows better unfortunatly the egr system needs some back preasure from exhuast. there are two types of EGR systems, a positive and a negative system. if I remeber correctly the negative system requires the back preasure from the exhuast . supposedly you can convert it to a positve system , I havent dont it .

Car: yy wife, crazy.
Engine: 350, Vortecs, 650DP
Transmission: TH-350
Axle/Gears: 8.5", 3.42
That's exactly right.
Mine (TBI) did that also after my catback was put on. It still does it if I drive right around, or right at 55mph for ~1-2 minutes and then stay at 55mph. However, if I'm at 65mph for 2 hours it doesn't do it. Only at 55mph.
I would assume that's because my muffler flows enough CFM at that RPM to keep backpressure WAY DOWN. Then once the RPMs move up a little from the faster speed and increased load, the muffler becomes more of a restriction and builds enough backpressure for the EGR to operate.
It could also be from the aero dynamics of the car. A lower pressure zone may be present at 55mph behind the car than at 65mph which will also make it easier for the exhaust to get out, therefore reducing backpressure.
But overall, I'd say it's the muffler.
It's not uncommon for that code to appear, so don't panic.
