Porting plenum

Can I port my plenum with my hand drill and the correct bit, or do I have to buy a Dremel Multipro? Do you think the drill would be to awkward?

i did it with a drill and bought a 1$ rasp(used for wood and soft metals) and a sanding stone for 1$,, it worked fine.

I used a "rasp" type drill bit and a drill (the ones we use for GM "knock-outs" to cut down the "walls" right behind the throttle blades and a dremmel to gasket match the runners. You should be OK. I am currently writing a "tech" article including pics. Stay tuned at the link below. Later.
