Knock sensor disconnected...detonation...cure?
Knock sensor disconnected...detonation...cure?
In search of more power I disconnected my knock sensor. Well...I have real knock under any kind of a high load. Running 93 Octane. No racing this weekend due to rain. I had hoped to put in some 110 octane till the detonation stopped.
What's the cause if the gas doesn't help?
