Roller cam provisions for a 2 piece rear main seal block?

I know this has been covered before, but I'm in the middle of a huge download and trying to search the archives would take too long and so that's my excuse for being lazy and asking this...

Does the machine shop need to physically do something in order to get a roller cam to work in my 350 block, or is it all my end?(ie. cam button) Would the extra clearancing for the 400 crank affect that in any way?

Thanks guys.

if you run a after market cam you'll need the button, bronze gear, after market lifters. all drop in/bolt on type stuff. if you want the factory hydrolic roller i don't think you can convert the block. you'd need provisions for the lifter spider in the lifter valley and the front of the block drilled and tapped for the retaining plate. not sure if there is metal where you need to drill for it.
