This subject has been discussed before. Do a search for "tornado". The general concensus is that they are a fraud....and the reasons given sure make sense.

Just for grins, my friend put one on his wife's BMW 2002 (not the year, but the model). It actually smoothed out the idle (my guess it was running lean) and it gets 2 more MPG.
But what else would you expect from the "Ultimate Driving Machine"?

Let see, it works by obstructing the airflow, to increase air flow. Interesting!
