SM,

That sound is generally caused by the Honda going the other direction down the street. Like a runny nose, it'll go away sooner or later.

Seriously, where is the sound coming from? Are we talking about exhaust tone? Air conditioner? Many older cars with A.I.R. pumps and venting diverter valves will make a "Honda fart" noise while dumping excess air from the injection system. There is a small plastic muffler on some cars to minimize this annoyance, but you may or may not have one.

If it isn't from the A.I.R. pump area, try to poinpoint the source a bit better and report back.

could be your speedo, try disconnecting it for a while... or exhaust leak, though don't remove that one... could also be the black plastic thingy covering the tc...

Sounds to me like an exhaust leak, where the manifold bolts to the head. Try tightening the exh manifold bolts.
