Scored a good block last nite! Yeaah!
A buddy of mine had a 88 cop car shortblock laying around that he sold to me for 100 bucks. It's a full roller block so I dont have to use my non-roller truck block I was planning to use. We took it apart last nite and the bearings looked so good you'd think they were new!! We cleaned the block really good and now I'm ready to drop it in my car with new rings and bearings
Needless to say I'm very happy since I dont have to mess with the non-roller block anymore... no more cam buttons..., expensive *** retro-fit roller lifters, different cam... etc etc.

"Take that auto, drop it in first, hold the brakes, stomp the gas and grin from ear to ear! :-)
