The correct readings on this and the other things you posted about are the Helms manual, available from helminc.com

Unless you are testing the MAF wiring harness for grounds, shorts, or opens, resistance tests are mostly useless. About the only thing meaningful you can check is for ground resistance at the 'A' and 'B' terminals.

You should get 12VDC at the 'E' terminal while the ignition is on, and 0V at the 'D' terminal. Here is the circuit:
