EGR diagram?
I've got an 89 camaro that I just put a 350 in. The car has a TBI setup. I have a vacuum leak somewhere. I found one in the Throttle body and replaced that gasket, but I think that I have the routing for the EGR wrong. Vader, you sent me a diagram, but I have a different EGR setup... Mine has not only the whole at the top of the EGR, but also a pipe with a rubber hose leading into something that looks like a free hanging EGR without access to the diaphram on it. At the top of that unit is a T fitting, that I have leading into the EGR and some other place that I can't think of right now... Does anyone have the diagram for this or photos?
Oh yeah, when I unplugged this other EGR unit thingie (mechanical term) the pipe was blowing air, so I'm almost positive that I have this thing all hooked up wrong.
Greatly appreciate it!

It sounds like you have one of those universial EGR valves b/c I went to go find one to fit the Holley manifold and the parts store gave me a universal that looked like two EGR valves. I personally would get rid of it if it is a universal and get one to fit on the manifold. Which brings up another question, what type of manifold is it? Here is a picture of my original EGR valve hookup where it runs from the EGR valve to the solenoid and from there to the front of the TB unit. My TB is a Holley but the stock TB also has a vacumn connector for the EGR hose to go into. Hope this helps, if that manifold is aftermarket I may can help as to what EGR valve to buy that will look like the stock EGR with only one hose coming out of it like is shown in this pic.

The next picture shows the front of the engine so you can see where the hose is running to in the TB. By the way my engine compartment is much cleaner now!

If these pics are too small let me know and I'll enlarge them. They were taking to long to download so I shrunk them.
